基于组合赋权-云模型的广义需求侧资源网荷互动水平评估 被引量:3

摘要 随着能源互联网技术的发展,能源系统供需两端将更加开放,互动更加频繁。在需求侧资源不断发展演化的过程中,如何对我国电力需求侧响应试点项目进行科学地评价成为亟待解决的问题。通过对广义需求侧资源的分类、发展趋势及互动特征进行分析,从4大互动主体出发构建了以互动基础和互动效果为一级指标的评价指标体系。在此基础上,引入了基于差异系数法的组合赋权模型,将层次分析法和熵权法有机结合对指标进行组合赋权。然后,以云理论为基础构建综合评价云模型,并将其应用于某地区需求响应项目的网荷互动评估中。最后,对指标属性值和指标权重进行灵敏度分析,验证了模型的可靠性。研究结果可为地区电力需求侧管理发展提供依据。 With the development of energy internet technology,the dynamic interaction between supply and demand of energy system will be more open and frequent.In the process of continuous development and evolution of demand side resources,how to scientifically evaluate the pilot projects of electric demand side response in China has become an urgent problem.Based on the analysis of the classification,development trend and interaction characteristics of generalized demand side resources,this paper constructs an evaluation index system from four major interaction agents with interaction basis and interaction effect as the first level indexes.On this basis,the combination weighting model based on the difference coefficient method is introduced,and the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are organically combined to carry out the combination weighting.Then,based on the cloud theory,the cloud model of grid-load interaction comprehensive evaluation is constructed and applied to the grid-load interactive evaluation of a regional demand response project.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of index attribute value and index weight verifies the reliability of the model.The research results can provide a basis for the development of regional power demand side management.
