滤筒形状对脉冲清灰过程影响的数值模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了滤筒形状及散射器等结构对脉冲清灰效果的影响,利用Fluent软件对2种不同形状滤筒内部脉冲喷吹清灰过程进行了精确数值模拟,从速度和压力两方面分析不同形状滤筒内部脉冲流场的特性及变化,结合滤筒侧壁的压差峰值和压差峰值到达时间2个指标来对比不同滤筒形状对清灰性能的影响。结果表明,在脉冲清灰过程中,锥形组合式滤筒能够明显改善圆柱形滤筒上部存在的负压分布问题,锥形组合式滤筒内清灰气流受积灰气流影响更小,其压差峰值到达时间有更好的连续性。因此,锥形组合式滤筒具有更好的清灰效果。该研究可为解决滤筒除尘器上部负压问题、提高滤筒清灰效率及延长滤筒寿命提供指导。 The influence of the filter cartridge shape and the structure like the scatterer on the pulse cleaning effect is introduced.The Fluent software is used to accurately simulate the internal pulse-jet dust‑cleaning process of two different shapes of filter cartridges.The characteristics and changes of the pulse flow field inside the filter cartridges of different shapes are analyzed from the aspects of speed and pressure.Two indexes of the peak pressure difference and the peak pressure different arrival time are used to compare the influence of different filter cartridge shapes on the cleaning performance.The results indicate that the conical combined filter cartridge can significantly improve the negative pressure distribution in the the upper part of the cylindrical filter cartridge.The cleaning air flow in the conical combined filter cartridge is less affected by the ash deposition air flow,and the arrival time of the peak pressure difference has better continuity.Therefore,the conical combined filter cartridge has better ash removal effect.The study can provide guidance for solving the negative pressure problem of the upper part of the filter cartridge dust collector,improving the efficiency of filter cartridge cleaning and extending the life of the filter cartridge.
