摘要
结合语言服务概念范畴和管理学中的胜任力模型,研究指出语言服务人才胜任力的构成要素包含知识、技能和素养三个层面。知识包括语言知识、文化知识和专业知识,技能包括语言技能、工具技能和专业技能,素养包括个性素养、职业素养和信息素养。其中,专业知识、工具技能和专业技能具有岗位方向性,语言知识、文化知识、语言技能、个性素养、职业素养和信息素养等是每一位语言服务人才都应具备的基本胜任力要素。对上述每个子要素做了细化分解,搭建了一个较为完整的语言服务人才胜任力模型,希望能为高校语言服务人才培养提供思路。
Based on the concept of language service(LS)and the competence model in management studies,this paper points out that the competence model for LS talents consists of three sub-competencies:knowledge,skills,and qualities.Knowledge contains linguistic knowledge,cultural knowledge and occupational knowledge;skills include language skills,instrumental skills and occupational skills;and qualities involve core personalities,professional qualities and information literacy.Among them,occupational knowledge,instrumental skills and occupational skills are job-oriented,while linguistic knowledge,cultural knowledge,language skills,core personalities,professional qualities and information literacy are the basic competencies that every LS talent should possess.All of the above components are analyzed with great detail,forming a relatively complete competence model for LS talents.It is expected that this model will provide some guidance on the cultivation of LS talents in universities.
