摘要
奥地利作家施蒂弗特的长篇小说《晚夏》堪称一部“日常生活”小说。本文通过文本细读,分析小说平淡、近乎冗赘的日常生活描述,观察秩序、财产与经营以及房屋庭院诸多日常生活现象,探寻特定历史语境下“日常意识”的展演以及隐于其后的生活观和审美旨趣。分析表明,《晚夏》构想的是一种理想化的日常生活。在此过程之中,对形式的追求演化为对秩序的追求,宗教化的“日常”被诗意化的“日常”所替代。如果说施蒂弗特试图借助文学建构一个乌托邦的话,那么它首先是一个“日常乌托邦”。
The novel Indian Summer,written by Austrian writer Stifter,is a novel of daily life.Through careful reading of the whole text,this paper analyzes the description of the ordinary and tedious daily life,observes the phenomenon of order,property,management,house and courtyard,and explores the exhibition and performance of"daily consciousness"in the specific historical context,as well as the view of life and aesthetic purport hidden behind it.The analysis shows that Indian Summer constructs an idealized daily life.In this process,the pursuit of form has evolved into the pursuit of order;and the religious"daily"is replaced by the poetic"daily".If Stifter tries to construct a utopia with the help of literature,which is the"daily utopia"at first.
