摘要
介绍了几种气动球阀用驱动装置,并针对拨叉式驱动装置中的偏置型和重合型拨叉进行受力分析,并得到其在关闭、半开、全开三个状态下的力学特性。当阀门处于关闭状态时,拨叉式驱动装置能提供的启动力矩较大,全开位置次之,半开位置最小。
Several types of actuators for pneumatic ball valve were introduced.The force analysis for both offset type and coincidence type of the fork actuators was conducted.The mechanical properties under three valve opening states were obtained.Results showed that when the valve was all closed,it can offer the highest open resistance.when was all opened,And when was half opened,the resistance is the least.
