石油化工行业用阀门种类多、采购量大、技术要求高,由于阀门质量问题导致安全事故的案例屡见不鲜,造成了巨大的经济损失。本文从阀门现场验收的流程、现场验收出现的典型问题进行分析,提出有效的解决方案,可有效降低阀门在运行过程中质量问题的出现,把控好阀门在安装使用前的最后一道关口。

The petrochemical industry has many types of valves,large procurement quantity and high technical requirements.Frequent safety accidents due to valve quality problems have resulted in huge economic losses.This paper puts forward effective solutions from the typical problems and process of the valve site acceptance,which can effectively reduce the quality problems of valves during operation,and control the last pass before valve installation and use.
