Analysis and Prevention of Liquid Accumulation in the Valve Gear Box

在油气管道系统中,良好的阀门状态是管道安全平稳运行的重要保障。安保线云南境内由于昼夜温差大、雨水丰沛,容易引起阀门齿轮箱积液锈蚀问题,这增加了日常工作中的维护保养难度以及管道系统中的安全风险。本文从齿轮箱体的结构出发,结合云南现场的实际情况,分析了造成齿轮箱积液的原因并且提出了相应的齿轮箱维护保养方案。

In the oil and gas pipeline system,a good valve state is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.Due to the large temperature difference between day and night,and abundant rain in Yunnan,the valve gearbox has the phenomenon of liquid accumulation and corrosion,which increases the difficulty of maintenance and safety risks.Based on the structure of the gearbox,this paper analyzes the reasons for the accumulation of fluid in the gearbox and proposes the corresponding maintenance plan for the gearbox combined with the actual situation on site.
