苗药黑骨藤追风活络胶囊研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

Research Progress on Miao Medicine Heiguteng Zhufeng Huoluo Capsule and Predictive Analysis of its Quality Markers

苗药黑骨藤追风活络胶囊是苗药复方药,是治疗类风湿性关节炎的代表药物,疗效显著。其作为上市多年的复方药物仍然存在质量控制评价体系不完备等问题。为进一步提升黑骨藤追风活络胶囊的质量标准,对其现有研究进行调研综述,并以中药质量标志物(Q-Maker)的“五原则”对黑骨藤追风活络胶囊进行质量标志物预测。结果提示,绿原酸、1,3-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、木犀草素、刺槐素、青藤碱、青风藤碱可作为黑骨藤追风活络胶囊的Q-Marker,为黑骨藤追风活络胶囊的质量标准研究提供参考。

Miao medicine Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule a representative drug of compound Miao medicine in the treatment of RA(rheumatoid arthritis),with remarkable curative effect.As a compound drug marketed for many years,there are still some problems such as incomplete quality control and evaluation system.In order to further improve the quality standard of the Miao medicine Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule,the existing research was reviewed,and the quality markers of Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule were predicted according to the"Five Principles"of quality marker(Q-Maker)of traditional Chinese medicine.The results suggested that chlorogenic acid,1,3-Odicaffeoylquinic acid,luteolin,acacetin,alkaloid sinomenine and sinoacutine could be used as Q-Marker of Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule,it provides reference for the study of quality standard of Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsuleis.
