两种药物临床应用评价方法分析

Analysis of Evaluation Two Methods for Clinical Application of Drugs

目的:探索药物的临床应用评价方法以改善重点监控药品的管理.方法:选取2015—2018年采用常规点评的100份醒脑静注射液作为对照组,2019—2022年经评价表的100份醒脑静注射液作为观察组,其中对照组采用常规点评的方法,观察组采用评价表的方法,比较两组点评结果.结果:对照组经常规点评后合理和不合理占比为50.00%,而观察组应用综合评价表进行点评后合理占比为100.00%.结论:评价表点评的合理性更高,能够规范药师的点评工作,且评价表的点评维度更详细全面,点评方法更科学规范,临床医师更容易理解并接受评价结果.

Objective:To explore the clinical application evaluation two methods of drugs to improve the management of key monitoring drugs.Methods:Selected 100 samples of Xingnaojing injection that were evaluated by routine methods from 2015 to 2018 as the control group,and 100 samples of Xingnaojing injection that were evaluated by the evaluation table from 2019 to 2022 as the observation group,wherein the control group used the routine evaluation method,and the observation group used the evaluation table method to compare the evaluation results of the two groups.Results:The reasonable and unreasonable proportion of the control group after routine review was 50.00%;the reasonable proportion of the observation group after the application of the comprehensive evaluation table was 100.00%.Conclusion:The evaluation form is more reasonable and can standardize the evaluation work of pharmacists.The evaluation dimension of the evaluation form is more detailed and comprehensive,and the evaluation method is more scientific and standardized.It is easier for clinicians to understand and accept the evaluation results.
