二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合人参果总皂苷制剂振源胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果

Effect of Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate Combined with Ginseng Fruit Saponins Zhenyuan Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的:分析二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合人参果总皂苷制剂振源胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常的效果及对患者ET-1、MMP-9的影响.方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月本院收治的116例慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各58例.对照组给予二丁酰环磷腺苷钙,观察组在对照组基础上联合人参果总皂苷制剂振源胶囊.比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、冠脉血流动力学、ET-1、MMP-9、治疗安全性.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF、SV、CO、CI均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组DPV、SPV、CBF高于对照组,而CR低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ET-1、MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:人参果总皂苷制剂振源胶囊联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗慢性心力衰竭合并心律失常疗效显著,可增强心功能和冠脉血流灌注,降低心肌损伤标志物水平,且安全性较好.

Objective:To analyze the effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate combined with ginseng fruit saponins Zhenyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia and its effect on ET-1 and MMP-9.Methods:A total of 116 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dibutyrate cyclic adenosine phosphate,and the observation group was treated with ginseng fruit saponins Zhenyuan capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,coronary hemodynamics,ET-1,MMP-9 and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).LVEF,SV,CO and CI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).DPV,SPV and CBF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CR was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ET-1 and MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng fruit saponins Zhenyuan capsule combined with calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with arrhythmia,which can enhance cardiac function and coronary blood perfusion,reduce the level of myocardial injury markers,and has good safety.
