人口老龄化视角下我国安宁疗护的现状及展望

Current situation and prospect of hospice care from the perspective of aging population

随着社会的进步与生活水平的提高,广大医务工作者更加关注生命终末期患者的生活质量,同时,患者及其家属对此需求也越发强烈。随着对“善终”的向往,“安宁疗护”逐步受到业界重视,其宗旨是提高患者生命终末期质量,并充分尊重其价值,最大限度地减轻患者的痛苦及节省有限的卫生资源。本文就我国安宁疗护发展现状及面临的问题作一综述。

With the progress of society and the improvement of living standards,the majority of medical workers pay more attention to the improvement of the quality of life of patients at the end of life.At the same time,the need from patients and their families for better quality of life are also increasingly.With the yearning for"good death","hospice care"has attracted more and more attention,which aims to improve the quality of life of patients at the end of life,fully respects the patients’value,and minimizes the pain of patients and saves limited health resources.This paper reviewed the current situation and problems in the development of“hospice care”in China.
