盆底肌电刺激加盆底功能锻炼结合穴位点压对轻中度子宫脱垂的临床价值

Clinical effect of pelvic floor electrical stimulation plus combined with pelvic floor exercise and point pressing on mild to moderate uterine prolapse

目的探讨盆底肌电刺激加盆底功能锻炼结合穴位点压对轻中度子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月收治的轻中度子宫脱垂患者54例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组27例。对照组采取盆底功能锻炼,研究组在对照组基础上联合盆底肌电刺激与穴位点压,对比2组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.6%高于对照组的70.4%(P<0.05);研究组患者达到盆底肌力3级以上者显著多于对照组(P<0.05);研究组性生活质量评分与满意度评分明显高于对照组,研究组阴道内肿物脱出发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组静息状态肌电值下降更明显,最大收缩力、持续收缩力与协调能力评分提升更多(P<0.05);研究组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用盆底肌电刺激加盆底功能锻炼结合穴位点压治疗轻中度子宫脱垂有显著的效果,可改善其临床症状,恢复盆底肌功能,提高性生活质量,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor electrical stimulation(PFES)combined with pelvic floor exercise(PFE)and point pressing on mild to moderate uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 54 patients with mild to moderate uterine prolapse treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly assigned into the study group(n=27)and the control group(n=27).All patients were managed by PFE,and those in the study group were additionally treated with PFES and point pressing.The treatment effect was compared between groups.Results The overall effective rate in the study group was better than that in the control group(92.6%vs 70.4%,P<0.05,respectively).The proportions of patients with pelvic muscle strength above grade 3 in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Significantly higher quality of sexual life scores and satisfaction scores,and lower incidence of vaginal mass prolapse were detected in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The muscular electricity value in resting state in the study group decreased significantly,and the scores of maximum contractility,continuous contractility,coordination ability increased significantly(P<0.05).The 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mild to moderate uterine prolapse,PFES combined with PFE and point pressing have significant effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,restore pelvic floor muscle function,and improve the quality of sexual life,it is worth popularizing and applying.
