预见性护理在重症肝炎患者夜间低血糖中的影响

Effects of predictive nursing on nocturnal hypoglycemia in patients with severe hepatitis

目的:探讨预见性护理在重症肝炎患者夜间低血糖中的影响。方法:选取54例重症肝炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各27例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在治疗期间给予预见性护理干预。对两组患者的低血糖发生率、生活质量评分、护理满意度等进行统计比较。结果:观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理在重症肝炎患者中的护理效果良好,能够显著降低患者的夜间低血糖发生率,提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的护理满意度,可在护理实践中推广应用。

Objective To dicuss the effect of predictive nursing on noctural hypoglycemia in patients with severe hepatitis.Method 54 patients with severe hepatitis were selected as the research object.The patients were randonly divided into observation group and control group,27 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given the predictive nursing intervention during the treatment.The incidence of hypoglycemia,the scores of life quality and the satisfaction of nursing in both groups were made stastical comparisons.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of life quality in obsevation group were commonly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a good effect on the patients with severe hypoglycemia,which can signicantly reduce the incidence of noctural hypoglycemia,improve the life quality of clients and the satisfaction of patients'nursing.The predictive nursing can be promoted and applied in nursing practice.
