老年糖尿病患者应用基于三维质量评价体系护理模式对自我管理能力及低血糖控制的影响

目的:分析基于三维质量评价体系护理模式对老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力及低血糖控制的影响。方法:选择老年糖尿病患者84例,按照抽签法分为试验组与参照组各42例。试验组给予基于三维质量评价体系的护理模式,参照组仅使用常规护理。评估两组患者自我管理能力及代谢指标及并发症发生率。结果:试验组糖尿病自我管理行为量表6(SDSCA6)各项评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)指标低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病患者护理过程中应用基于三维质量评价体系护理模式,不仅能提升患者自我管理能力,改善其代谢指标,还可有效预防低血糖发生,保护患者健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing model based on three-dimensional quality evaluation system on self-management ability and hypoglycemia control in elderly diabetic patients.Method 84 elderly diabetic patients were selected.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the lottery method,42 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted a nursing model based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation system,and the reference group only used routine nursing.To evaluate the self-management ability and metabolic indicators and the incidence of complications before and after intervention in the two groups.Results The scores of SDSCA6 of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The metabolic indexes of FPG,HbA1c,TC and TG of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nursing model based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation system in the nursing process of elderly diabetic patients can not only enhance the self-management ability,improve the patient's metabolic index,but also effectively prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia and protect the health of the patient.
