刮痧联合调神针法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动功能及神经功能的影响

Effect of Gua Sha combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture on motor function an d nervous function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke

目的:探讨刮痧联合调神针法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者运动功能及神经功能的影响。方法:本研究选取2021年3月至2022年6月青海大学附属医院收治的60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者,以随机数表法分为康复组(30例)和联合组(30例)。康复组给予现代康复治疗,联合组在康复组基础上给予刮痧联合调神针法治疗,比较两组的中医证候、运动功能、神经功能及日常生活活动能力。结果:联合组治疗后的口舌歪斜、半身不遂、言语不清、肢体麻木积分均低于康复组,P<0.05。联合组治疗后的肌力分级、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分均高于康复组,P<0.05。联合组治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于康复组,其改良Barthel指数评分高于康复组,P<0.05。结论:刮痧联合调神针法可有效改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者的运动功能及神经功能。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Guasha combined with tiaoshen acupuncture on motor function and nervous function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:In this study,60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into rehabilitation group(30 cases)and combined group(30 cases)by random number table method.The rehabilitation group was given modern rehabilitation treatment,and the combined group was given gua Sha combined with tiaoshen acupuncture treatment on the basis of rehabilitation group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,motor function,nervous function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of skew of mouth,hemiplegia,slurred speech and numbness of limbs in the combined group were lower than those in the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The muscle strength grade,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)score and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score of the combined group were higher than those of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the combined group was lower than that of the rehabilitation group,and the modified Barthel index score was higher than that of the rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gua Sha combined with Tiaoshen acupuncture can effectively improve the motor function and nerve function of patients with hemipleg ia after stroke.
