加味血府逐瘀汤联合尼可地尔治疗冠脉微循环障碍的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu Decoction combi ned with Nicodil in the treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder

目的:评价加味血府逐瘀汤联合尼可地尔治疗冠脉微循环障碍的疗效。方法:将75例冠脉微循环障碍患者随机分为加味血府逐瘀汤组、Nicorandil组和逐瘀汤-西药结合组。分别予以加味血府逐瘀汤治疗、尼可地尔治疗及二者联合治疗,均治疗3个月。比较各组的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、心电图ST段下移程度。结果:治疗后,加味血府逐瘀汤的心绞痛发作时间和心电图ST段下移程度与治疗前相比有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),心绞痛发作次数与治疗前相比则显著减少(P<0.05)。治疗后,Nicorandil组的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、心电图ST段下移程度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗后,逐瘀汤-西药结合组的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、心电图ST段下移程度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。Nicorandil组治疗后的心绞痛持续时间和心电图ST段下移程度均优于加味血府逐瘀汤组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的心绞痛发作次数无显著差异(P>0.05)。逐瘀汤-西药结合组治疗后的心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、心电图ST段下移程度均优于Nicorandil组、加味血府逐瘀汤组(P<0.05)。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤联合尼可地尔治疗冠脉微循环障碍可取得较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction combined with Nicodil in the treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder.Methods:75 patients with coronary microcirculation disorder were randomly divided into modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group,Nicorandil group and Zhuyu decoction combined with Western medicine group.They were treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,nicodil and combined treatment for 3 months.The frequency of angina attacks,the duration of angina and the descending degree of ST segment were compared in each group.Results:After treatment,the angina attack time and ST segment downshift of ECG were improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the number of angina attack was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks,angina duration and ST segment downshift of ECG in Nicorandil group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina attacks,the duration of angina and the descending degree of ECG ST segment in Zhuyu Tang-Western medicine combined group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The duration of angina pectoris and the descending degree of ECG ST segment in Nicorandil group after treatment were better than those in the modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of angina attacks between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The frequency of angina attacks,duration of angina pectoris and ST segment downshift of ECG in Zhuyu Tang-Western medicine combination group were better than those in Nicorandil group and supplemented Xuefu Zhuyu Tang group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nicodil can achieve good clinical efficacy in the treatment of coronary microcirculation disorder.
