液压支架先导阀优化设计及动态特性分析

摘要 针对某煤矿工作面液压支架用先导阀常出现阀芯卡滞与稳定性较差的问题,设计了一款球阀式电磁先导阀,通过与主阀相连建立其动态仿真模型分析其启闭回路特性得知改进后的先导阀在开启与闭合过程中球阀的稳定性较好无冲击振荡现象且换向迅速;通过对比改进前后梭杆受力曲线得知,改进后的梭杆结构相较于改进前的侧向小推杆具有更好的稳定性,可极大降低杆件卡滞现象。 In view of the problems of valve core stuck and poor stability of the pilot valve used in the hydraulic support of a coal mine working face,a ball valve electromagnetic pilot valve was designed,and its dynamic simulation model was established by connecting with the main valve to analyze the characteristics of its opening and closing circuit.It was known that the stability of the improved pilot valve in the process of opening and closing was good without shock oscillation and the direction of change was fast.By comparing the force curves before and after improvement,it is found that the improved shuttle rod structure has better stability than the lateral push rod before improvement,which can greatly reduce the rod clamping phenomenon.
