摘要 针对传统缆索式矿井监控系统灵活性不高,扩展性不强的问题、安全性能不佳,提出采用STM32F407作为核心控制器的设计方案,采用无线ZigBee作为传感器网络,进行远程安全监控。采用模块化设计方法对整个控制系统进行总体设计。给出了系统主要功能的实现,例如总体方案,传感器及主要控制装置选型等硬件设备的设计、传感器数据采集节点处理及监控系统界面设计,等等。本设计采用无线传感技术,通过对井下环境中温度、压力、湿度等参数进行实时监测,并将信息传送至地面控制室,从而实现对整个煤矿巷道内的温湿度情况进行有效监管。增强煤炭生产过程控制能力,减少煤炭生产中的安全风险,有现实意义。 Aiming at the problems of low flexibility,weak scalability and poor safety performance of traditional cable-type mine monitoring system,proposes a design scheme using STM32F407 as the core controller and wireless ZigBee as the sensor network for remote safety monitoring.The modular design approach is adopted to carry out the overall design of the entire control system.The implementation of the main functions of the system is given,such as the overall scheme,the design of hardware equipment such as sensor and main control device selection,sensor data acquisition node processing and monitoring system interface design,and so on.This design adopts wireless sensing technology to monitor temperature,pressure,humidity and other parameters in the underground environment in real time,and transmit the information to the ground control room,so as to realize the effective supervision of the temperature and humidity in the entire coal mine roadway.It is of practical significance to enhance the control ability of coal production process and reduce safety risks in coal production.
