摘要
血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cell,VSMC)是机体血管壁的主要成分,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类内源性小分子单链非编码RNA,主要通过与特异性靶基因mRNA3’-UTR区结合调控基因表达。已有研究证实miRNA是动脉粥样硬化的重要调控因子之一,文章就miRNA调节VSMC在动脉粥样硬化中的作用进行综述。
Vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)are the main component of the body's vascular wall,and participate in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.MicroRNA(miRNA)is a type of endogenous small molecule single-stranded non-coding RNA,which regulates gene expression mainly by binding to the specific target gene mRNA 3'-UTR region.It has been confirmed that miRNA is one of the important regulators of atherosclerosis.This review briefly reviews the role of miRNA in regulating VSMC on atherosclerosis.
