GPR183及其在相关疾病中的免疫调控作用

摘要 七跨膜G蛋白偶联受体183(G protein-coupled receptor183,GPR183),也称Epstein-Barr病毒诱导的受体2(Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 2,EBI2),由Epstein-Barr病毒诱导表达。GPR183由一组氧化甾醇内源性配体激活,与趋化因子受体协同作用,控制免疫细胞迁移。近年来研究表明GPR183在免疫系统中发挥着重要的作用,不仅参与适应性免疫应答,同时也与人类疾病密切相关,其表达失调可能导致包括炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病和恶性肿瘤等在内的疾病发生。文章就GPR183的功能及其在相关疾病中的免疫调控机制和作用进行综述。 The seven-span G protein conjugate receptor 183(GPR183),also known as Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 2(EBI2),is induced by the Epstein-Barr virus.GPR183 is activated by a set of oxidative sterol endogenous ligands,which cooperates with chemokine receptors to control the migration of immune cells.In recent years,studies have shown that GPR183 plays an important role in the immune system,not only participating in adaptive immune response,but also closely related to human diseases.Its expression disorders may lead to the occurrence of diseases including inflammatory diseases,autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors.This review summarizes the function of GPR183 and its immune regulation mechanism and role in immune-related diseases.
