基于主成分分析和聚类分析的藤茶资源评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 对13个藤茶资源的14个品质指标进行主成分分析和聚类分析,科学评价不同地区藤茶资源品质表现。结果表明:14个品质指标的变异系数在5.11%~38.92%之间,其中12个品质指标的变异系数大于10%;不同品质指标间呈现不同程度相关性;主成分分析与聚类分析结果基本一致,主成分分析共提取3个主成分,方差累计贡献率86.706%,同时建立品质评价模型:F=0.58518F1+0.15178F2+0.13010F3,聚类分析将13个资源聚为4类,类群II评分最高。最终确定二氢杨梅素含量、多酚含量、花旗松素含量、1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基清除率、2,2’-联氮-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑-6-磺酸(ABTS)自由基清除率为关键性品质指标,贵州江口、江西定南、广西三江藤茶资源为推荐资源。 In order to scientifically evaluate the quality performance of Ampelopsis grossedentata resources in different regions and select recommended resources,14 quality indexes of 13 A.grossedentata resources were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of 14 quality indexes ranged from 5.11%to 38.92%,of which the coefficients of variation of 12 quality indexes were greater than 10%.Different quality indexes showed different degrees of correlation.The results of principal component analysis were basically consistent with the results of cluster analysis.Three principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 86.706%.At the same time,a quality evaluation model was established:F=0.58518F_1+0.15178F_2+0.13010F_3.Cluster analysis clustered 13 wild A.grossedentata resources into 4 categories,and groupⅡscoring was the highest.Finally,the contents of dihydromyricetin,polyphenol,taxifolin and radical scaveging rates of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate were determined as key quality indicators,and A.grossedentata resources of Jiangkou of Guizhou,Dingnan of Jiangxi and Sanjiang of Guangxi were recommended.
