外泌体在肝细胞癌耐药中的研究进展

Research advances on the involvement of exosomes in drug resistance of hepatocellular carcinoma

肝癌是一种侵袭性极强的肿瘤,大部分肝癌患者治疗失败主要是因为肝癌的复发和转移。而耐药性又是阻碍肝癌治疗的一大挑战。外泌体是一类由不同细胞分泌的细胞外囊泡,它可激活信号通路来改变受体细胞表型,从而影响肝癌疗效。目前,外泌体对肝癌耐药性的影响尚不明确。本文总结并讨论了外泌体与肝癌耐药的关系,及其在肝癌耐药中的潜在临床应用价值。它既可以作为预测和疗效反应的生物标志物,又作为逆转肝癌耐药性的潜在靶点。

Liver cancer is an extremely aggressive tumor,and most of treatment failure is caused by the recurrence and metastasis.Drug resistance is a major challenge that hinders the treatment of liver cancer.Exosomes are a class of extracellular vesicles secreted by different types of cells,which influence the therapeutic efficacy by regulating cancer cell phenotypes via mediating signaling pathways.Currently,the impact of exosomes on drug resistance of hepatocellular carcinoma is unclear.This review summarizes the relationship between exosomes and drug resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma and its potential clinical application in reversing drug resistance.It can be used either as a predictive and efficacy response biomarker or a potential target for reversing drug resistance in hepatocellular carcinoma.
