新型城镇化背景下社会包容对农民工安全感的影响研究——基于CSS2021数据的实证分析

增强农民工安全感是新型城镇化背景下推动农民工市民化的关键着力点。将社会包容分为制度包容、行为包容和价值包容三个维度,采用2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,运用Ologit回归探究社会包容对农民工安全感的影响。研究发现:制度包容、行为包容、价值包容、性别和年龄对农民工安全感均具有显著正向影响,住房情况和收入状况对农民工安全感具有显著负向影响。进一步的异质性分析表明,制度包容对上过大学、具有党员身份、拥有自有住房的农民工安全感的影响更大,行为包容更能影响非党员身份农民工的安全感,价值包容对上过大学、拥有党员身份的农民工安全感的影响更大。因此,应完善多层次社会保障体系,健全农民工市民化歧视预警机制,推动城镇基本公共服务均等化,以不断提升农民工安全感水平。

Enhancing the sense of security of migrant workers is a key aspect of accelerating the citizenization of migrant workers in the context of new urbanization.Social inclusion is divided into three dimensions:institutional inclusion,behavioral inclusion,and value inclusion.Based on the comprehensive survey data of China's social situation in 2021,this paper uses Ologit regression to analyze the impact of social inclusion on migrant workers'sense of security.The results show that institutional inclusion,behavioral inclusion,value inclusion,gen-der,and age have significant positive impacts on migrant workers'sense of security,while housing and income status have significant negative impacts on migrant workers'sense of security.In the heterogeneity analysis,institutional inclusion has a greater impact on the sense of security of migrant workers who have attended university,owned party membership,and owned housing,behavioral inclusion can more affect the sense of security of migrant workers who are not party members,and value inclusion has a greater impact on the sense of security of migrant workers who have attended university,and owned party membership.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the multi-level social security system,improve the early warning mechanism for discrimination against migrant workers as citizens,and promote the equalization of basic public services in cities and towns,so as to continuously improve the level of migrant workers'sense of security.
