摘要
以呼和浩特市青城驿站工程为例,基于调查问卷数据,运用单因素方差分析、结构方程模型和修正IPA方法,从满意度层面实证研究城市公厕改造效果及影响因素。研究发现:公众对青城驿站的整体满意度均值在李克特五分制量表下为3.77,处于中等偏上水平;不同个体属性特征下的公众满意度存在显著差异;功能设施、规划布局、管理工作、细节设计对整体满意度具有正向影响,建筑景观对整体满意度的影响不显著;人性化设计和服务、设施管理与维护、文明宣传是未来城市公厕建设管理应提升改进的重点。
Based on the questionnaire data of Qingcheng Station in Hohhot,this paper uses single-factor analysis of variance,structural equation modeling and modified IPA methods to explore and analyze the public satisfaction with urban toilets,empirically testing the effect of urban toilet revolution.The results show that the average of the public overall satisfaction with Qingcheng Station under the Likert Scale is 3.77,which is above the average level.Differences in individual characteristics significantly affect satisfaction with urban toilet renovation.Functional facilities,planning and layout,management work,and detailed design have a positive impact on overall satisfaction.The impact of architectural landscape on overall satisfaction is not significant.In the future,it is necessary to improve some aspects including humanized design and service,facility management and maintenance,civilized publicity.
