摘要
目的分析老年痴呆亚型与营养状况的关系,为临床开展治疗提供指导。方法选取2016年1月至2020年12月丽水市第二人民医院收治的老年患者1508例,分析新诊断为痴呆患者的不同营养状况、不同痴呆亚型与老年综合评估及实验室检查结果的差异,采用Logistic回归分析老年痴呆亚型与营养状况的关系。结果不同痴呆亚型患者的临床痴呆评定量表评分、微型营养评定简表评分、简易精神状态检查量表评分、营养状况、血细胞比容及白蛋白水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与认知正常的老年患者相比,路易体痴呆和血管性痴呆患者更容易发展为营养不良,而额颞叶痴呆患者营养不良风险低于其他痴呆亚型。结论老年痴呆亚型与营养状况关系密切,营养状况对不同痴呆亚型影响也不同,临床中需引起重视。
Objective To analyze the relationship between subtypes of dementia and nutritional status,so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods 1508 elderly patients admitted to Second People’s Hospital of Lishui from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected to analyze the differences of different nutritional status,different dementia subtypes and senile comprehensive assessment and laboratory examination results of newly diagnosed dementia patients.Logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between subtypes of senile dementia and nutritional status.Results Clinical dementia rating(CDR)score,mini-nutritional assessment short-form(MNA-SF)score,mini mental status examination(MMSE)score,nutritional status,hemocytosis and albumin levels of patients with different subtypes of dementia were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with elderly patients with normal cognition,patients with dementia with Lewy body and vascular dementia were more likely to develop malnutrition,while the risk of malnutrition in frontotemporal dementia was lower than other dementia subtypes.Conclusion The subtypes of dementia are closely related to the nutritional status,and the nutritional status has different effects on different subtypes of dementia,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
