改良鸟巢式新生儿护理用具的设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨改良鸟巢式新生儿护理用具在早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取2021年2~7月南华大学附属第一医院收治的25例早产儿纳入对照组,采用常规鸟巢式护理;2022年2~7月收治的25例早产儿纳入干预组,采用改良鸟巢式护理。比较两组早产儿的生长发育情况、血氧饱和度、睡眠时间、体位支持有效率和并发症发生率。结果出生后4周,干预组早产儿的生长发育情况、血氧饱和度及睡眠时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组早产儿的体位支持有效率显著高于对照组(91.75%vs.75.14%,χ^(2)=825.922,P<0.001);干预组早产儿的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(χ^(2)=7.714,P=0.005)。结论应用改良鸟巢式新生儿护理用具可促进早产儿的生长发育,有效改善早产儿的体位支持效果,同时降低并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the application effect of improved bird’s nest care appliance in premature infants.Methods Twenty-five premature infants admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from February to July 2021 were included in control group,and routine bird’s nest nursing was adopted,while twenty-five preterm infants admitted from February to July 2022 were included in intervention group and treated with improved bird’s nest nursing.Growth and development,oxygen saturation(SO2),sleep time,position to support efficient and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results At 4 weeks after birth,the growth and development,SO2 and sleep time of preterm infants in intervention group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of postural support in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group(91.75%vs.75.14%,χ^(2)=825.922,P<0.001).The complication rate of premature infants in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group(χ^(2)=7.714,P=0.005).Conclusion The application of improved bird’s nest neonatal care appliances can promote the growth and development of preterm infants,effectively improve the posture support effect of preterm infants,and reduce the incidence of complications.
