干细胞在慢性肾病治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of stem cells in the treatment of chronic kidney disease

慢性肾病(CKD)是临床常见的慢性疾病,患者的生活质量及经济负担受到严重影响。药物、肾透析及肾脏移植等传统治疗方法目前无法逆转CKD的进展。近年来,干细胞疗法作为一种新型的细胞治疗方法,对CKD治疗取得了显著效果。该文通过对干细胞在CKD的研究进展进行综述,为CKD的治疗提供新依据。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common chronic disease in clinic,which seriously affects the quality of life and economic burden of patients.Traditional treatments such as drugs,kidney dialysis and kidney transplantation cannot reverse the progress of CKD at present.In recent years,stem cell therapy,as a new type of cell therapy,has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of CKD.This article reviews the research progress of stem cells in CKD,and provides a new basis for the treatment of CKD.
