摘要
[目的]研究富氢水对结球生菜生长和品质的影响,明确富氢水对结球生菜的适宜浓度。[方法]以结球生菜‘西斯科’为试材,采用不同浓度富氢水对结球生菜进行叶面喷施,测定生菜的株高、地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量、干质量、维生素C含量、总糖含量、纤维素含量、粗蛋白含量等相关指标。[结果]不同浓度富氢水对结球生菜的生长有一定程度的影响,并且喷施时间不同,作用效果不同。当浓度为10%和25%时,富氢水对株高、干鲜质量有较大的促进作用;当浓度大于50%时,对植株的地下鲜质量和干质量起到抑制作用,并且随着浓度增加,抑制作用增强。各浓度富氢水处理提高了结球生菜的维生素C和蛋白含量,当浓度小于25%时,结球生菜的总糖含量增加;当浓度为25%时,富氢水对生菜品质提升的促进作用最大。[结论]纤维素含量随着处理浓度增加呈先降低后增加的趋势,当处理浓度为25%时,纤维素含量最低,即口感最好。该研究为有效利用富氢水进行生菜绿色生产提供依据。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of hydrogen-rich water(HRW)on the growth and quality of Lactuca sativa,and to determine the suitable concentration of hydrogen-rich water for L.sativa.[Method]L.sativa‘Siske’was selected as experimental material.The L.sativa was sprayed with different concentrations of hydrogen-rich water,and the effects of HRW on the growth and quality of L.sativa were studied by measuring the plant height,fresh weight above ground,fresh weight below ground,dry weight,vitamin C content,total sugar content,cellulose content and crude protein content.[Result]Different concentrations of HRW had effects on the growth of L.sativa.And the spraying time was different and the effect was different.When the concentration is 10%and 25%,HRW could greatly promote plant height and dry and fresh weight.As the concentration is more than 50%,the underground fresh weight and dry weight of plants were inhibited,and the inhibition increases with the increase of concentration.The treatment of HRW with different concentrations promoted the contents of vitamin C and protein.When the concentration was less than 25%,the total sugar content increased.When the concentration is 25%,the HRW has the greatest promotion effect on the quality improvement of L.sativa.[Conclusion]The cellulose content first decreased and then increased with the increase of treatment concentration.When the treatment concentration was 25%,the cellulose content was the lowest,that is,the taste was the best.This study provided a basis for the effective use of HRW for green production of L.sativa.
