不同糯玉米品种苗期对氯化钠胁迫的生理响应及耐盐性比较

Effect of Sodium Chloride Stress on Antioxidant Enzyme Activity and Content of Malondialdehyde in Glutinous Maize Seedling

摘要 [目的]探究不同品种的糯玉米在苗期受到盐胁迫的影响下,通过其体内抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的变化来筛选糯玉米的耐盐品种。[方法]对8个不同糯玉米品种进行苗期氯化钠胁迫处理,探索玉米苗期抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛含量的变化,研究糯玉米在苗期面对氯化钠胁迫时在生理上的应答反应。[结果]在氯化钠胁迫时,糯玉米的SOD活性都会得到提高,但提高程度因品种而异;而POD活性则会随着品种的不同,存在上升和下降;MDA的含量品种间表现差异较大,其中彩甜糯3号根与苗的MDA含量都出现下降,且下降幅度都比较大。综合对比来看,糯玉米面对氯化钠胁迫时,对于活性氧的清除能力都会得到一定的提升,而对过氧化物的清除能力则因品种而异。彩甜糯3号对氯化钠胁迫的耐盐性最好,其次是凤糯2146,而最差为苏科糯5号。[结论]该研究结果可为糯玉米耐盐品种的选定提供理论依据。 [Objective]The aim was to explore the different varieties of waxy maize under the influence of seedling under salt stress,the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the body and the change of malondialdehyde content to screen of salt tolerance of waxy maize varieties.[Method]Eight different varieties of waxy corn were treated with sodium chloride during the seedling stage to explore the changes in antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde content,and study the physiological response of waxy corn to sodium chloride stress during the seedling stage.[Result]When faced with sodium chloride stress,SOD activity of glutinous maize would be improved,but the degree of improvement was different according to the varieties.POD activity increased and decreased with different varieties.The content of MDA was significantly different among the varieties.MDA content of Caitiannuo 3 significantly decreased both in roots and seedlings.When faced with sodium chloride stress,the scavenging ability of glutinous maize for reactive oxygen species would be improved,while the scavenging ability of peroxide would vary according to the species.Caitiannuo 3 had the best salt tolerance to sodium chloride stress,followed by Fengnuo 2146,and Sukenuo 5 had the worst salt tolerance.[Conclusion]It would provide theoretical basis for the selection of salt tolerant varieties of glutinous maize.
