中医药防治糖尿病肾脏疾病相关研究的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of correlation investigation on prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine

目的了解中医药防治糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)的研究现况、研究趋势及研究热点。方法应用NoteExpress、VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件,对中国知网数据库中2012年1月至2022年9月有关中医药防治DKD的文献进行发文趋势、作者、机构、关键词、研究趋势及研究热点可视化分析。结果共纳入文献3102篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势;收录文献最多的期刊是《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》;发文量最多的作者是陈志强;发文量最多的机构是北京中医药大学,各机构间的合作关系不紧密;关键词共被分为meta分析、水肿、辨证论治、血糖、蛋白尿、参芪地黄汤、数据挖掘、大鼠8个聚类;研究趋势以中药治疗DKD的用药规律、作用机制及安全性为主;研究热点在于氧化应激、糖脂代谢和用药规律三个方面。结论中医药防治DKD在现阶段仍有很多问题值得探索,把握研究趋势,紧跟研究热点,以期为DKD的治疗提供新的思路与方法。

Objective To understand the investigation status,investigation trends and investigation hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and t reatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods By the application of NoteExpress,VOSviewer and CiteSpace softwares,the issuing trends,authors,institutions,key words,investigation trends and investigation hotspots of the literatures related to the prevention and treatment of DKD with TCM from January 2012 to Septem ber 2022 in the CN KI database were visually analyzed.Results A total of 3102 literatures were included,and the total number of issued literatures showed an upward trend;The journal with the largest number of literatures included was"Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Nephrology";The author with the largest number of literatures issued was CHEN Zhiqiang;The institution with the largest number of literatures issued was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and the cooperation between institutions was not close;Keywords were divided into 8 clusters,namely meta-analysis,edema,syndrome differentiation and treatment,blood glucose,proteinuria,Shenqi Dihuang decoction,data mining and rats;The investigation trends were mainly focused on the medication law,function mechanism and safety of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of DKD;The investigation focused on three aspects,which were oxidative stress,glucose and lipid metabolism and medication law.Conclusion At present,there are still many problems in the prevention and treatment of DKD with TCM,so we shall grasp the investigation trend and keep up with the investigation hotspots in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of DKD.
