能级进阶模式的护理干预在肝癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果及对应激反应的影响研究

Research on the application effect of nursing intervention with advanced energy level model in interventional therapy of liver cancer patients and its impact on stress response

目的探讨能级进阶模式的护理干预在肝癌介入治疗中的应用效果及对应激反应的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2022年4月厦门弘爱医院肝胆胰血管外科、介入治疗科肝癌介入治疗患者96例,根据不同干预方式分组,每组各48例。对照组接受常规术后护理,观察组给予能级进阶模式的护理干预。比较两组肠鸣音恢复时间、通气时间、排便时间、下床时间、护理满意度及干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子-1(CSF-1)水平变化。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、通气时间、排便时间、下床时间短于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组ALT、TBIL、MDA、CSF-1较对照组低,SOD水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论能级进阶模式的护理干预对于改善肝癌介入治疗患者心理状态、减轻应激反应效果显著,有助于减轻肝损伤,促进康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention with advanced energy level model in interventional therapy of liver cancer and its impact on stress response.Methods A total of 96 patients with liver cancer who underwent interventional therapy in West China Xiamen Hospital of Sichuan University and the Department of Thoracic Surgery of Xiamen Humanity Hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)according to different intervention methods.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative nursing,while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention with advanced energy level model.The recovery time of bowel sounds,ventilation time,defecation time,off-bed activity time,nursing satisfaction,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,and the change in the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and macrophage colony stimulating factor-1(CSF-1)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sounds,ventilation time,defecation time and off-bed activity time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of ALT,TBIL,MDA and CSF-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention with advanced energy level model has a significant effect on improving the psychological state and reducing stress response of patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy,which is helpful to alleviate liver injury,promote recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
