基于CiteSpace 2017-2022年国内肌少症热点研究的可视化分析

CiteSpace-based visualization analysis on the study of sarcopenia in China from 2017 to 2022

目的对国内2017-2022年肌少症领域的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法以CNKI数据库为搜索来源,运用CiteSpace5.7.R2软件对2017-2022年肌少症的研究进行可视化分析,探讨相关研究的作者、机构分布状况及对关键词进行可视化分析。结果纳入1165篇文章,发文量最高的作者是张艳,中南大学湘雅护理学院、安徽医科大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科、南京医科大学附属江宁医院骨科三所机构中心性相对较高,是研究肌少症的重要机构。主要的研究热点是肌少症患病及相关危险因素、肌少症与类风湿关节炎和骨质疏松等共病关系的临床研究、肌少症机制的探究。结论该领域2017-2022年研究热点主要在肌少症相关危险因素研究上;肌少症合并其他疾病的潜在相关性和机制的研究是该领域研究的趋势。

Objective To visually analyze the current situation,hotspots and trends of the study on sarcopenia in China from 2017 to 2022.Methods The studies on sarcopenia from 2017 to 2022 sourced from the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)database,including the authors of the study papers and their institutions as well as the key words of relevant studies,were visually analyzed by using CiteSpace5.7.R2 software.Results A total of 1165 papers were included in this study,in which most were published by the author Zhang Yan.Three institutions with relatively high centrality in the study of sarcopenia,namely the Xiangya Nursing School of Central South University,the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University,and the Department of Orthopedics of the Affiliated Jiangning Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The main study hotspots are clinical studies on the prevalence of sarcopenia and related risk factors,and on the correlation between sarcopenia and co-morbidities such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis,as well as the investigation on the mechanisms of sarcopenia.Conclusion The study hotspots of sarcopenia from 2017 to 2022 are mainly in the related risk factors,and the potential correlation of sarcopenia with other co-morbidities and the mechanism of sarcopenia are the trends of study.
