摘要
针对MCL组合销连接件在钢销底部存在应力集中的问题,提出了一种在钢销上设置横向剪力钉的新型组合销连接件。为研究该新型组合销连接件的抗剪性能,通过24个推出试验,获得了考虑钢销厚度和剪力钉设置数量的荷载-滑移曲线、钢销应变-荷载曲线以及相应的极限抗剪承载力,提出了新型组合销连接件抗剪承载力计算公式。结果表明:随着剪力钉设置数量从1对增加至3对,其相应的组合销极限抗剪承载力提高了11.7%~62.2%。提出的抗剪承载力计算公式理论值与试验值比较吻合,误差在0.08%~5.15%。研究工作为该新型组合销连接件的实际应用提供了试验依据。
In order to solve the problem of stress concentration at the bottom of steel dowel in MCL composite dowel connector,a new type of composite dowel connector with horizontal shear studs on steel dowel was proposed.Inordertostudy the shear performance of the new composite dowel connector,the load-slip curve,the strain-load curve and the corresponding ultimate shear capacity of the new composite dowel connector were obtained by 24push-out tests,considering the thickness of the steel dowel and the number of shear studs set,and the formula for calculating the shear capacity of the new composite dowel connector was proposed.The results show that the ultimate shear capacity of combined dowels increases by 11.7%~62.2%as the number of shear dowels increases from 1pair to 3pairs.The theoretical value of the proposed formula for calculating the shear capacity is in good agreement with the experimental value,and the error is 0.08%~5.15%.The research work provides a test basis for the practical application of the new composite dowel connector.
