摘要
目的:探讨间质性肺疾病肋间肌超声弹性应变率与高分辨CT的Warrick评分的相关性。方法:选取2022年1月—8月于内蒙古医科大学附属医院风湿免疫科确诊为间质性肺疾病的患者34例。所有患者均接受肺超声、超声弹性成像以及高分辨率计算机断层扫描(high resolution computed tomography,HRCT)检查。根据HRCT Warrick评分将患者分为轻度组(10例)、中度组(16例)、重度组(8例)三组,分析肋间肌超声弹性应变率与HRCT的Warrick评分的相关性。结果:随着患者病情加重,超声弹性成像显示肋间肌越红,其对应的应变率越大,同时伴有肌肉纹理的紊乱。三组肋间肌超声弹性应变率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。间质性肺疾病患者的肋间肌超声弹性应变率与HRCT的Warrick评分呈正相关(r=0.542,P <0.05)。结论:间质性肺疾病患者的肋间肌超声弹性应变率与HRCT的Warrick评分呈正相关。超声弹性成像可用来评估间质性肺疾病患者的肋间肌改变。
Objective To investigate the correlation between elastic strain ratio of intercostal muscle and Warrick score of high resolution CT in interstitial lung disease.Methods A total of 34 patients diagnosed with interstitial lung disease in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2022 to August 2022 were selected.All patients underwent lung ultrasound,ultrasonic elastography and high resolution computed tomography(HRCT).According to the HRCT Warrick score,patients were divided into three groups:mild group(10 cases),moderate group(16 cases),and severe group(8 cases),and the correlation between ultrasound elastic strain ratio of intercostal muscle and HRCT Warrick score was analyzed.Results With the aggravation of the patient's condition,ultrasonic elastography showed that the redder the intercostal muscle was,the greater its corresponding strain ratio was,and the disorder of muscle texture was accompanied.The ultrasound elastic strain ratio of intercostal muscle in the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ultrasound elastic strain ratio of intercostal muscles in patients with interstitial lung disease was positively correlated with the Warrick score of HRCT(r=0.542,P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound elastic strain ratio of intercostal muscle in patients with interstitial lung disease is positively correlated with Warrick score of HRCT.Ultrasound elastography can be used to evaluate the changes of intercostal muscles in patients with ILD.
