摘要
新医科背景下,启发培养医学生的数据科学思维是孵育未来高层次中医药创新人才的奠基石。针对医学大数据思维与医学传统统计思维在医学数据来源的认知思维、医学数据获取的归纳思维、医学数据特征的分析思维等方面的差异性,数据科学思维培养过程注重教学、科研及实践教育主体实施者3个主体的相互耦合联动,由教师、教辅人员、医师组成“导师组”,以“医学大数据-医学传统统计”思维模式融合发展为中心,多种教学模式协同,实现辩证思维、关联思维及批判性思维3个方向的融合,为中医药院校创新型医学人才培养提供新思路。
Fostering medical students'data science thinking in the context of new medical science is the cornerstone for nurturing future high-level innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The cultivation of such thinking of the students is implemented by three main types of agents of teaching,research,and practical training in cooperation with each other.In response to the differences between healthcare big data and traditional statistical thinking in terms of the cognition of medical data sources,induction for data acquisition,and analytics for data features,the“mentor team”composed of teachers,teaching assistants,and physicians can be formed.Centering around the integrated development of students'“health big data-traditional medical statistics”ways of thinking,the team can nurture their dialectical,associative,and critical thinking by means of coordination of diversified teaching methods,providing new ideas for cultivation of innovative medical talents in TCM colleges and universities.
