摘要
目的新医科建设过程中,以丹心计划学子为样本,构建中医临床岗位胜任力模型,为人才培养提供参考。方法采用访谈法和扎根理论质性分析,深度访谈46名丹心计划学子。结果利用Nvivo 11.0的自由编码功能建模,探索建立以职业能力、职业素质两大维度24个胜任力特征的“冰山理论”中医临床岗位胜任力模型。结论研究构建中医临床岗位胜任力的模型及其要素,为中医临床高层次人才的培养和评价提供参考。
Objective To build a competency model for clinical posts of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by studying the outstanding students of the Danxin Project,a project to train high-level postgraduate students at primary care institutions in grassroots communities,as samples so as to provide reference for talent training in new medical science development.Methods A total of 46 students in the project were interviewed in depth and qualitative analysis was made of the collected information according to the grounded theory.Results Using Nvivo11.0 free coding function modeling,we established the TCM clinical post competency model based on the“iceberg theory”.Altogether,24 competencies were identified in the two categories of professional skills and professional ethics.Conclusion The competency model constructed in this study together with the specific competencies can provide reference for the training and evaluation of high-level TCM clinical professionals.
