中医药院校学生党员“五育·三红”教育模式的构建与探索--以北京中医药大学中药学院为例

Construction and exploration of“five aspects of education+three projects of socialist education”of student CPC members in TCM colleges and universities:a case study of the School of Chinese Materia Medica,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine

如何将“五育”与学生党员红色教育相融合,解决学生党员教育与大学生全面发展教育理念融合度不高的情况,是当前高校基层学生党员教育需要重点关注的问题。基于北京中医药大学中药学院学生党建工作的实践探索,提出构建中医药院校学生党员“五育·三红”教育模式:将德智体美劳在“红·阅”党员读书项目、“红·印”党员实践项目、“红·颂”剧目展演项目中有机融入,让学生党员在“五育并进、融合发展”中实现“厚德、明智、强体、懂美、善劳”的“全人”发展,以独具特色的“中医药红”培育学生党员自觉做共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想的坚定信仰者和忠实实践者。

In the current education of grass-roots student members of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in colleges and universities,a critical problem that demands attention is how to combine the“five aspects of education”,i.e.education of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,for all-round development with the socialist education of those students.Based on the practice and exploration of the CPC activities of students in the School of Chinese Materia Medica of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,we launched the“five aspects of general education+three projects of socialist education”mode for student party members.To be specific,we integrated morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor education into a reading project“Socialist Reading”,a study tour project“Socialist Imprint”,and a drama project“Socialist Ode”.Thanks to the integrated projects,we enabled student party members to enjoy well-rounded development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.Furthermore,by means of the unique TCM socialist education,such students could become firm believers and faithful practitioners of the lofty ideal of communism and the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
