摘要
白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)33是IL-1家族成员,主要表达于屏障上皮细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维网状细胞,被认为是在组织或细胞损伤时释放的核警报素。IL-33通过激活肥大细胞、2型固有淋巴样细胞等表达其血清刺激素-2(serum stimulation-2,ST2)受体的靶细胞,在2型固有免疫反应和过敏性炎症的启动和发展中发挥重要作用。在不同的免疫微环境下,IL-33表现出多效的生物学活性,可对屏障上皮修复和调节T细胞激活发挥保护作用。文章就IL-33/ST2轴在系统性红斑狼疮中的复杂作用进行综述。
Interleukin(IL)-33,a member of the IL-1 family,is mainly expressed in barrier epithelium,endothelial cells,and fibroblast reticular cells.It is considered as a nuclear alarmin released upon tissue or cellular injury.IL-33 plays a critical role in the onset and development of type 2 innate immune responses and allergic inflammation by activating target cells expressing its serum stimulation 2(ST2)receptor,including mast cells and type 2 innate lymphoid cells.IL-33 shows pleiotropic activity in different immune microenvironments.It plays a protective role in the repair of barrier epithelium and the activation of regulatory T cells.This review focuses on the complex role of the IL-33/ST2 axis in systemic lupus erythematosus.
