深埋薄煤层沿空巷道煤柱宽度确定及稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究深埋薄煤层地质条件下的沿空巷道煤柱宽度确定方法及其稳定性。以甘肃庆阳核桃峪煤矿2804工作面为背景,采用数值仿真技术确定了2804工作面侧向实体煤的应力分布规律曲线;通过摩尔-库伦强度准则和极限平衡理论确定了煤柱宽度的上下阈值;分析了巷道宽度为5.6 m、煤柱宽度分别为7、9、15 m状态下的煤柱应力分布规律和稳定性。结果表明:处于深埋薄煤层地质条件的2803回风巷道煤柱宽度上下阈值分别为7.23 m和2.07 m;随着煤柱宽度的增加,煤柱剪应力曲线与抗剪强度曲线相交区域面积逐渐减小,从而造成更大的煤岩破坏面积;进而确定2803回风巷道的煤柱宽度为7 m时能够有效地兼顾护巷能力和经济效益,并能够为后续水治理提供富裕空间。该研究成果同样能够为同类型煤矿煤柱宽度的确定提供设计依据。 In order to study the determination method and stability of coal pillar width of gob-side roadway under the geological condition of deep and thin coal seam.Based on the background of 2804 working face of Hetaoyu coal mine in Qingyang,Gansu province,the stress distribution curve of lateral solid coal in 2804 working face is determined by numerical simulation technology.The upper and lower threshold of coal pillar width is determined by Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion and limit equilibrium theory,and the stress distribution and stability of coal pillar are analyzed when the roadway width is 5.6 m and the coal pillar width is 7 m,9 m and 15 m respectively.The results show that the upper and lower threshold values of coal pillar width of 2803 return air roadway under the geological condition of deep and thin coal seam are 7.23 m and 2.07 m respectively.With the increase of the width of coal pillar,the area of intersection between shear stress curve and shear strength curve of coal pillar decreases gradually,resulting in a larger failure area of coal and rock.Furthermore,it is determined that the coal pillar width of 2803 return air roadway is 7 m,which can effectively take into account the roadway protection capacity and economic benefits,and can provide rich space for subsequent water treatment.The research results can also provide design basis for determining the width of coal pillar in the same type of coal mine.
