摘要 为优化赵固二矿西风井投运后通风系统阻力大等问题,采用气压计基点法测定通风阻力。利用Ventsim软件构建通风系统三维仿真模型,通过分析得出实测通风状态和网络解算的情况基本符合。通过施工永久风门和拆除部分通风设施的方法,分开西风井和中央风井的负担盘区,并解算得出西风井投运后和中央风井所需负担区域风量分别为111.72、77.21 m^(3)/s,提高了通风效率、降低了通风成本,为赵固二矿安全经济生产提供了参考。 In order to optimise the problems such as high resistance of the ventilation system after the commissioning of the west wind shaft of Zhaogu No.2 mine,the barometer base point method was used to determine the ventilation resistance.A three-dimensional simulation model of the ventilation system was constructed using Ventsim software,and the analysis showed that the measured ventilation state and the network solution were basically in line with each other.Through the construction of permanent dampers and the removal of some ventilation facilities,the burden pan areas of the west wind shaft and the central wind shaft were separated,and the air volumes required for the burden areas of the west wind shaft and the central wind shaft after commissioning were calculated to be 111.72 m/s and 77.21 m/s respectively,which improved the ventilation efficiency and reduced the ventilation costs,providing a reference for the safe and economic production of Zhaogu No.2 mine.
