锚杆钻车驱动链轮的再制造寿命评估及修复工艺探索

摘要 按照重载元件机械疲劳类型评定理论及剩余寿命评估体系,以有限元分析软件为分析手段,计算锚杆钻车履带行走驱动链轮的疲劳寿命。通过对链轮的疲劳寿命次数、大修周期次数的计算,评估其再制造在理论上的可行性。依据链轮失效形式探索修复工艺,使链轮再制造后符合原始尺寸和性能要求。通过链轮的再制造修复技术,降低了锚杆钻车的大修成本,实现了对废旧产品的充分利用。 According to the evaluation theory of mechanical fatigue type of heavy-duty components and the evaluation system of remaining life,and using finite element analysis software as the analysis method,the fatigue life of the driving sprocket of the rock bolt crawler is calculated.The theoretical feasibility of remanufacturing is evaluated by calculating the fatigue life times and overhaul cycles of the sprocket.Explore the repair process according to the failure mode of the sprocket,so that the sprocket can meet the original size and performance requirements after remanufacturing.Through the remanufacturing and repairing technology of the sprocket,the overhaul cost of the bolter drilling rig is reduced,and the full utilization of waste products is realized.
