摘要
针对具有冲击危险的回采巷道超前支护中支架结构件损坏、支护可靠性差等问题,结合内蒙古某矿311212工作面煤层赋存条件,对冲击危险回采巷道超前液压支架适应性进行分析讨论。先确定了超前液压支架立柱等效刚度,再利用Hypermesh和ADAMS软件对超前液压支架进行联合建模,而后分析不同冲击强度与冲击速度下的液压支架状态,通过不同冲击载荷与不同冲击速度下的分析,最终对超前液压支架顶梁上的不同冲击点进行依次冲击仿真分析,探究相同冲击速度、相同冲击载荷不同点冲击点对支架适应性造成的影响。为解决工程实践问题提供技术支持。
In view of the problems such as damage of support structure and poor support reliability in advance support of mining roadway with impact risk,analyzes and discusses the adaptability of advance hydraulic support in advance support of mining roadway with impact risk combining with the occurrence conditions of coal seam in 311212 working face of a mine in Inner Mongolia.The equivalent stiffness of the column of advanced hydraulic support was determined first,and then the joint modeling of advanced hydraulic support was carried out by using Hypermesh and ADAMS software,and then the hydraulic support state under different impact strength and impact speed was analyzed.Through the analysis under different impact loads and different impact speeds.Finally,the impact simulation analysis of different impact points on the top beam of advanced hydraulic support is carried out in turn to explore the impact of the same impact speed and different impact points of the same impact load on the adaptability of the support.Provide technical support to solve engineering practice problems.
