摘要
针对煤矿膏体充填在实际工作中,因充填体无法达到100%充实率使顶板悬空造成顶板出现的断裂、下沉,从而产生冲击载荷作用于支架对支架,整体结构稳定性造成影响。利用岩体力学,确定冲击载荷大小与类型。运用瞬态动力学,分析整架受冲击载荷时支架顶梁的瞬态响应。在冲击载荷作用于不同位置时,利用ADAMS软件对立柱与铰接点等关键部位进行动力学仿真分析,得出冲击及激振响应。验证了膏体充填液压支架在冲击载荷下的适应性,研究结果为后续液压支架轻量化设计提供技术和理论支撑。
In view of the actual work of paste filling in coal mines,because the flling body can not reach 100%filling rate,the roof is suspended,resulting in the fracture and subsidence of the roof,resulting in impact load acting on the support and affecting the overall structural stability of the support.Using rock mechanics,the magnitude and type of impact load are determined.The transient response of the top beam of the support under impact load is analyzed by using transient dynamics.When the impact load acts on different positions,ADAMS software is used to conduct dynamic simulation analysis on the key parts such as the column and hinge point,and the impact and excitation response are obtained.The adaptability of paste flled hydraulic support under impact load is verified.The research results provide technical and theoretical support for the subsequent lightweight design of hydraulic support.
