摘要
针对带式输送机启动时,电流波动较大,易对设备造成损伤,以及运行时运载量时常变化造成功耗不匹配,形成了能源浪费的问题,提出了液压驱动的启动方式,实现输送机软启动,并通过仿真实验,验证了其启动冲击小、无极调速等优点。同时,分析了影响输送机能耗的速度与运载量之间的关系,采用模糊PID控制技术,对速度与运载量进行合理配比,进行优化,降低能耗,并通过与优化前的输送机能耗对比,验证了基于模糊PID的输送机能耗优化的可行性。
In view of the problem of energy waste caused by large current fluctuation and easy damage to the equipment when the belt conveyor is started,and the power consumption mismatch caused by the constant change of the carrying capacity during operation,puts forward the starting mode of hydraulic drive to realize the soft start of the conveyor,and verifies its advantages of small starting impact and stepless speed regulation through simulation experiments.At the same time,the relationship between the speed and the carrying capacity which affect the energy consumption of the conveyor is analyzed.The fuzzy PID control technology is used to reasonably match the speed and the carrying capacity,optimize and reduce the energy consumption.By comparing with the energy consumption of the conveyor before optimization,the feasibility of the optimization of the conveyor energy consumption based on fuzzy PID is verified.
