小儿电解质补给注射液与两种抗菌药物配伍稳定性考察

摘要 目的:探讨小儿电解质补给注射液与注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠和注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠的配伍稳定性。方法:25℃(室温)自然光和4℃自然光条件下考察小儿电解质补给注射液分别与注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠和注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠配伍后放置不同时间内的有关物质、外观、不溶性微粒和pH的变化情况。结果:小儿电解质补给注射液与注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠配伍后,在测定时间内除头孢哌酮杂质C超过限量要求外,外观、不溶性微粒和pH均未见明显变化。小儿电解质补给注射液与注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠配伍后,在测定时间内,有关物质、外观、不溶性微粒和pH均未见明显变化。结论:室温和4℃自然光条件下,小儿电解质补给注射液与注射用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠不能配伍使用,而室温自然光条件下小儿电解质补给注射液与注射用哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠的配伍液在8 h内可保持稳定。 Objective:To probe into the compatibility stability of pediatric electrolyte supplement injection with cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection and piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium for injection.Methods:Under room temperature(25℃)and 4℃natural light,the related substances,appearance,insoluble particles,insoluble particles,and pH variations of pediatric electrolyte supplement injection were examined after being mixed with cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection and piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium for injection,respectively.Results:After the pediatric electrolyte supplement injection was combined with cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium,except that the impurity C of cefoperazone exceeded the limit requirement,there were no obvious changes in appearance,insoluble particles and pH.After the pediatric electrolyte supplement injection was combined with piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium,there were no significant changes in related substances,appearance,insoluble particles and pH within the measurement time.Conclusion:Pediatric electrolyte supplement injection and cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for injection cannot be used together under room temperature and 4℃natural light,while the compatibility of pediatric electrolyte supplement injection and piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium for injection under room temperature can remain stable within 8 h.
