极数对双定子混合转子同步电机转矩密度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 双定子混合转子同步电机是一种新型结构电机,该电机可在不显著增加成本的前提下,充分利用传统低速直驱永磁电机内部空间,提高电机的转矩密度。针对该种新型电机,本文详细研究了其结构特点,分析了内、外单元电机组合角度对其输出转矩的影响,推导了其转矩计算公式,并以体积和温升为约束条件,对不同极数的内磁阻电机进行了设计,进而归纳总结出内磁阻电机极数对双定子混合转子同步电机转矩密度的影响规律,为该种特殊结构电机的设计与分析奠定理论基础。 The dual-stator hybrid rotor synchronous motor is a new type of structure motor,which can make full use of the internal space of the traditional low-speed direct-drive permanent magnet motor and improve the torque density of the motor without significantly increasing the cost.Aiming at this new type of motor,this paper studied its structural characteristics in detail,analyzed the influence of the combination angle of inner and outer unit motor on its output torque,derived its torque calculation formula,and took the volume and temperature rise as constraints,designed the internal reluctance motor with different pole numbers.Then the influence law of the pole number of the internal reluctance motor on the torque density of the dual-stator hybrid rotor synchronous motor was summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design and analysis of the motor with the special structure.
