摘要
宋代经济重心向东南迁移,明州“拓三江之险,融海环之势”,兼有运济天下的“河运”和“海运”,物产殷盛,财货殖聚。日趋活跃的农商经济与不断壮大的市民阶层,为城市发展带来前所未有的活力,促成宋代明州饮食文化的长足发展。而有为的地方官员与因科举兴盛崛起的新型四明望族,融以儒家为核心的文化理想,使明州饮食文化表现出独特的宋韵魅力。
With the economic center of the Song Dynasty moving to the southeast,Mingzhou“further expanded the three rivers and integrated the potential of the sea”.It had both advantages of“river transportation”and“sea transportation”and was rich in products and goods.The increasingly active agricultural and commercial economy as well as the growing civil class had brought unprecedented vitality to the urban development and contributed to the rapid development of the catering culture of Mingzhou in the Song Dynasty.The promising local officials and the new famous Siming noble family rising from the imperial examination combined the cultural ideal with Confucianism as the core,making the catering culture of Mingzhou show unique charm of the Song Dynasty.
