高职院校“总部—基地”模式下的基地体育教学管理研究——以浙江工商职业技术学院为例

On the Management of Base Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the“Headquarter-Base”Model——Taking Zhejiang Business Technology Institute as an Example

产业集聚环境下,高职院校“总部—基地”办学模式深化改革过程中的体育教学管理也难免出现一些问题。分析后发现,目前教学基地存在体育师资激励机制不全、运动基础设施不够完善、业务素质继续教育不足、体育教学常态化开展滞后、学生自主锻炼兴趣不高等问题,这些都成为基地内学生体能素质提高的制约瓶颈,严重影响了“总部—基地”建设一体化的协调发展。因此,可在人员激励机制、软硬件建设、总部基地同向互促等四个方面有针对性地提出相关对策。

In the context of industrial agglomeration,there are inevitably some problems in the management of physical education teaching during the deepening reform of the“headquarters-base”educational model in higher vocational colleges.After analysis,it was found that there are currently problems in the teaching base,such as incomplete incentive mechanisms for physical education teachers,inadequate sports infrastructure,insufficient professional quality continuing education,abnormal physical education teaching and low interest in students’independent exercise.These have all become bottlenecks in the improvement of students’physical fitness in the base,seriously affecting the coordinated development of the integration of“headquarter-base”construction.Therefore,targeted measures can be proposed in four aspects such as personnel incentive mechanism,software and hardware construction,and mutual promotion of headquarters and bases.
