异丙甲草胺与2,3-二羟基苯甲醛混用的联合除草效果评价

摘要 为了明确2,3-二羟基苯甲醛与异丙甲草胺混用的除草增效效果,以稗(Echinochloa crusgalli)和反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)为供试植物,采用琼脂处理法通过等效果线和共毒系数测定了2,3-二羟基苯甲醛与异丙甲草胺混用的联合效应。结果表明,2,3-二羟基苯甲醛5个浓度(0、3.125、6.25、12.5、25 mg/L)与异丙甲草胺5个浓度(0、0.8、4、20、100 mg/L)两两混配共25个处理对两种杂草幼苗胚根(种子根)和胚轴(胚芽鞘)的生长均有很好的抑制增效作用,抑制率为90%时的等效果点均在相加线的下方。异丙甲草胺与2,3-二羟基苯甲醛质量比为28∶1对稗胚芽鞘和种子根的共毒系数分别为155.07和188.13,异丙甲草胺与2,3-二羟基苯甲醛质量比为39∶1对反枝苋胚轴和胚根的共毒系数分别为164.95和147.34,均表现为很好的增效效果。 In order to clarify the synergistic effect of 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(2,3-DBH)and metolachlor mixture,the combined effects of the mixture of 2,3-DBH and metolachlor on Echinochloa crusgalli and Amaranthus retroflexus were determined by two methods(isobole and cotoxicity coefficient)with AGAR treatment in this study.The results showed that a total of 25 treatments mixed with 5 concentrations of the two agents(2,3-DBH:0,3.125,6.25,12.5,25 mg/L;metolachlor:0,0.8,4,20,100 mg/L)had a significant inhibitory and synergistic effects on the growth of radicle(seminal root)and hypocotyl(coleoptile)of the two weeds seedlings,and all the equivalent points of 90%inhibition rate were below the additive line.The co-toxicity coefficients of the mixtures of metolachlor and 2,3-DBH on the coleoptile and seminal root of E.crusgalli were 155.07 and 188.13 at the mass ratio of 28∶1 and on the hypocotyl and radicle of A.retroflexus were 164.95 and 147.34 at the mass ratio of 39∶1,respectively.The results all showed significant synergistic effects.
