超声辅助水提黑果腺肋花楸花青素工艺优化

摘要 为获得黑果腺肋花楸花青素环保、经济、可工厂化生产的提取方法,以黑果腺肋花楸鲜果为原料,以水为提取剂,采用超声波辅助提取法,研究超声功率、提取时间、提取温度对花青素提取量的影响,通过响应面试验优化黑果腺肋花楸花青素的提取工艺。结果表明,黑果腺肋花楸花青素的最佳提取条件为超声功率200 W、提取时间37 min、提取温度55℃。在此条件下,黑果腺肋花楸花青素提取量为5.63 mg/g,具有较好的抗氧化活性。研究结果为黑果腺肋花楸花青素的开发利用提供技术支持。 In order to extract anthocyanins from Aronia melanocarpa in an environment-friendly,economic and industrial scale method,the effects of different ultrasonic power,extraction time,and extraction temperature on the amount of anthocyanins assisted with ultrasound was studied when using Aronia melanocarpa as raw material and water as extraction solvent.Response surface experiment was adopted to optimize extraction of anthocyanins from Aronia melanocarpa.The results showed that the optimal extraction condition was ultrasonic power of 200 W,extraction time of 37 min,and extraction temperature of 55℃.Under the above condition,5.63 mg of anthocyanins,with good antioxidant activity can be extracted from 1 g of Aronia melanocarpa.The report provided a technical support for development and utilization of anthocyanins from Aronia melanocarpa.
